INFORMATION AND REGULATIONS
REGARDING RESERVATIONS AND STAY
Initial phase: fill in and return
the form requesting the desired
information. You will immediately receive a detailed answer.
If the apartment of your choice is available, book and confirm
reservation immediately by email or fax.
This way you will have an option on it, which will transform into a
booking as soon as we receive your deposit.
1) Deposit: Within 3 days of receiving an answer
regarding availability of the apartment of your choice, you must
send 50% of the total cost of your stay.
The deposit can be sent:
As soon as we receive the payment,
you will be informed immediately and you option will become a
reservation.
If we do not receive payment within 3 days the option is no
longer valid.
2) Balance: The balance of what is due, should be sent
in the same way as
the deposit 30 days before your arrival.
3) Safety deposit: A safety deposit is required in
case damages occur to the apartment or its contents, this deposit
will be refunded at the end of you stay, if no damages have occurred.
It must be paid when you are given keys upon your arrival.
You will be told the amount of the deposit when you are informed of
availability.
4) Cancellations: A cancellation or change in the
dates or duration of your stay must be communicated by fax or email
30 days before your expected arrival.
Advising of any changes 30 days before, will give you the right
to a 50% refund. After this term, nothing will be refunded.
5) Arrival: The consignment of keys is foreseen
between 15.00 and 18.00, unless previous agreements have been made.
6) Departures: Departure time is within 11.00. The
apartment must be empty and in the same condition that it was
originally.
7) Cancellations: If the apartment chosen by you is no
longer available for reasons beyond our control, we will ensure that
another apartment with similar characteristics is made available to
you. If this is not satisfactory a total refund will be given.
8) Number of guests: Only the people whose names
appear on the booking form may stay in the apartment.
In the event of any changes, a new quote will be issued by the owner.
Those who do not comply with the above regulation will be asked to
leave immediately, and will not be given a refund.
The person who has made the reservation will be held responsible for
any damages caused by his/her guests and for the up keeps of the
apartment.
9) Behavior: Guests are expected to behave in a civil
manner, avoiding loud noise, and unruly behavior which may disturb
other tenants.
10) Tribunal: Any claim or request must be
communicated during the stay in the apartment in order to allow us
to solve any problem immediately. Any objection or claim raised
after departure won’t be accepted.
Any dispute will be settled in the Tribunal in Rome.
Tenancy implies the unconditional acceptance of all the above
conditions, eventual changes to these conditions must be put in
writing and be accepted.
