This very bright
apartment is 50 mq, which gives the idea of a modern and lively
atmosphere . It is composed of: a hall, day area with a single sofa
bed and an armchair bed, then living room with the kitchen corner (equipped
with refrigerator, electric cooker with a ventilated oven, dishwasher)
a double bedroom and one bathroom with bathtub and shower. The apartment is provided of a lift, washing machine, TV set, ADL connection, Hi-fi system.
The area is undoubtedly one of the best in Rome. In fact, it is full of restaurants, wine bars, pubs, pizzerias, cinemas, theatres. A few meters away there is the typical Piazza San Cosimato open market where you can find every morning fresh fruits, vegetables, fresh seafood and meat as well as craft shops and others of any kind.
The apartment is fully equipped and
linen is changed once a week. From the Railway Termini Station:
Take Bus H and get off at the Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione, the
stop is about 200 meters away from the apartment. From the international Airport Leonardo da Vinci – Fiumicino: take train going to Trastevere Railway Station. From there, take tram n. 3 or n. 8 and get off at the Ministero della Pubblica Istruzione
