This accommodation, with an area of 45 square meters, which has recently been restored and finely decorated, is on the first floor (no lift) and is suitable to host 4 guests.
The entrance opens onto the warm atmosphere of the large living room and the functional kitchen corner. Among the refined furniture there is a very comfortable sofa, that can be turned into two single beds. A staircase leads to a raised level where there is a double bed. Bathroom with shower.

The typical Roman wooden beams of the ceiling create a characteristic atmosphere and the air conditioning as well as the independent central heating, will guarantee a nice stay in Rome throughout the year.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The large bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week.
