The Ottaviano apartment is on a very light 4th floor (with lift), of a 19th century building.
Close to the Ottaviano metro station and with several bus lines passing just a few meters away it is ideally located for moving around Rome, both for business and pleasure.
S.Peter's Basilica and the Vatican Museums (Sistine Chapel) are within walking distance, as well as shops and restaurants of every kind.

This apartment with an area of 90 sq. m (approx 1000 sq. ft.) can easily and comfortably accommodate up to six people, and is composed of a large entrance from which a corridor leads to the three main rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower.
The living room, is furnished with a very large table and chairs and two comfortable sofas. One of the sofas turns into a comfortable double bed. The main and largest double bedroom, is at the end of the corridor, opposite the kitchen. A small studio, cupboard and two single beds are in the third room. The beds can be joined to make one double, upon request.

 The kitchen is fully equipped and has a table with chairs, ideal for breakfasts, fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and everything needed to cook and enjoy meals. All the rooms have large windows, so they are light and well-ventilated. Central heating. Color TV. The apartment is fully equipped, including linen and bath towels, and can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. Cleaning is provided once a week.

A weekly linen change and general cleaning is provided. Other services are available upon request.
