The apartment Santa Maura is located on the homonymous street at the housenumber 39, in a beautiful location in the heart of Prati district a short walking distance from
Saint Angel's Castle and the
St. Peter's Basilica. Via Cola di Rienzo, a shopping street with boutiques, bars and restaurants as well as the
Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel are just around the corner. The apartment is well connected with the most important and interesting areas of the city by public transportation: a few minutes away is the subway stop "Ottaviano" just as many bus routes to downtown.
This charming apartment of 65 sqm, furnished with taste and attention to details, opens up with a corridor along which are distributed all the other rooms. The first room we come to on the right side is the kitchen, fully equipped and furnished with modern furniture, just as the whole apartment.
The living room has two sofas (one convertible into a single bed) and an elegant glass table for 2/4 people. The bedroom is located at the end of the hallway, with a comfortable double bed, a large closet with sliding doors.
The large bathroom is equipped with shower. The apartment was recently renovated, it has parquet floors which gives a touch of elegance and functionality in all environments. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people and has wireless Internet access, central heating, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, washer and dryer.
The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week.
