It is the ideal place to start your visit to the city : 300 meters away you will have the Spagna underground stop and buses and taxi are all around.

Frezza is a quiet and comfortable 75 square meters flat with an indoor small terrace located in a refined palace of Fascist time. It sleeps 2 to 4 people.

It is composed of an entrance, which leads to the living room where there is a sofa which turns into a French size bed. Then there is a table with four chairs in wrought iron, small cupboard, bamboo chairs and colour TV .

The kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The night area has a comfortable double bed. The bathroom has a bathtub The apartment is quite and located on the 1st floor with lift and it has an indoor nice small terrace.

The apartment has majolica floor and it is provided of air conditioning and central heating. The apartment is fully equipped with linen and towels.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. The large bathroom has a shower.
The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week.
