This luxurious apartment is located on one of the most ancient and and famous streets of Rome, Via del Colosseo. The apartment is situated on the third floor of a modern building of the nineteenth century. It offers a great panoramic view of the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and Constantin's Arch. The sensation is unique and you will feel in the hearth of the ancient Rome.

The entrance door opens into the wonderful living room, with a classic-modern furniture, masterpieces of modern art: a great contrast with the background of the ancient Rome. The two sofa beds are located in front of a big stone fireplace. Just above one can find a plasma TV.
The passage between rooms is provided by two wings french doors. Leaving them open, makes the apartment even more lightful as it already is. The kitchen is located on the right side of the living room. It has an elliptic marble table, it has an easy passage to the kitchen, and is fully equipped.

The apartment is composed by four bedrooms. The main room offers a panoramic view of the Colosseum and the Imperial Forum, the three large windows let a big quantity of light inside the apartment, and make pleasant your stay in the Eternal City.
From the hall of the living room open three doors to the remaining bedrooms. One has a double bed, the other two have two single beds each. Every room has a view of the Colosseum. If you are a group of 6, one of the rooms can be used as “gym room”.
There are two bathrooms, one with a large shower, the other one with a bath.

The apartment has air conditioning and autonomous heating, ADSL and wireless Internet connection, and satellite TV. Due to the large spaces in the apartment, even eight guests will feel comfortable in it, everybody can have the desired privacy. The location and the interior decoration makes it one of our most luxurious apartments in Rome.

Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, washing machine and dishwasher.

The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed once a week.
