The apartment is situated on the ground floor in a historic building (one of the most ancient in the area) and has been recently renovated and decorated: it is composed of an entrance area (hall) with some closets and going up to the first floor, there is a nice bedroom with nice finishing, whilst in the living room there is a sofa bed.

Kitchen corner is well equipped with oven, fridge and the day area with a splendid terrace adorned with  wonderful plants and a nice wooden and wrought iron table. The bathroom is with shower and has the washing machine. The apartment has an independent heating as well as air conditioning system.
