The apartment is located on the fifth floor (with elevator) of a
building that shows itself on the green public square of Piazza
Strozzi, near
S.Peter's Basilica,
constructed according to the typical architecture of the Italian
rationalist period.
The entrance brings you directly in the hallway of the apartment from
which you can reach all the other rooms of the house. To the left of the
entrance there is a wide and comfortable living room, equipped with a
comfortable sofa bed, a couch and a Television. The atmosphere is warmth
with a delineate furnishing.
In the center of the apartment you will find the kitchen, equipped of a stove, a
washing machine, a table with four seats and a refrigerator.
Moreover, the ‘Prati area’ is surrounded of many shops and amenities of any kind,
including restaurants for any taste and budget.
The apartment is fully equipped and linen is changed
once a week. Other services are available upon
request.
The quoted prices include: Electricity, gas, water. For weekly rentals, one cleaning and linen change service. For rentals of at least two weeks, a 10% discount will be applied.
